Average Stay. Some Issues Encountered.

small roomceiling shake
The Corrie Room was quite small. There wasn't much space to walk around. It lacked a microwave, which would have been useful. I could hear a lot of noise from the room above. The ceiling shook loudly when someone walked. This noise woke me up during the night.

Decent Stay with a Few Issues

helpful hostsmall roomceiling noise
The host was very helpful upon arrival.
The room was quite small, and there was no space to eat comfortably. The noise from the room above was a major problem. The ceiling shook whenever someone walked, often waking me up at night. The absence of a microwave was also inconvenient. It would have been useful given the independence of the accommodation.

the breakfast was fantastic, prepared fresh each morning. the location was superb, right in the town centre and walkable to many attractions. richard, the host, was very friendly. he provided great recommendations for local restaurants.
the room i stayed in, a small double room, felt a bit cramped. there wasn't much space to move around, a slight inconvenience. i would consider a larger room next time.

the guesthouse enjoys a prime position, placing it within easy reach of key attractions and amenities. i observed that various restaurants and shops are a short walk away from the front door. this makes exploring very convenient.
